Ramon Richards (Director of Performance Training)

Ramon Richards is a San Antonio, TX native, born and raised. He was a multi-sport athletic star at Brackenridge High School before going on to play defensive back at Oklahoma State University. He made the All Big-12 Freshman team and is currently tied for 6th in Oklahoma State history with 12 career interceptions and ranked among the NCAA’s career leaders. After graduating with a bachelors degree in Health Ed. & Promotion and Exercise Science, Ramon signed as an undrafted free agent to the Los Angeles Rams in 2018 and played in the Super Bowl his rookie year. Ramon capped his 3rd and final season in Los Angeles with catching his first NFL interception against the Houston Texans before signing a two year contract with the Calgary Stampeders in the CFL. Ramon has trained athletes in every sport, at every level, male and female and has a personal connection with everyone he crosses paths with.  His charismatic personality and love for helping others maximize their potential is undeniable.

 

Kenny May (Speed Specialist)

Kenny May defines SPEED. An NCAA All- American sprinter from San Antonio, Tx went on to become one of the most decorative Multi-Sport All-American athletes in George Fox University history (Football/ Track & Field). Kenny was a 3x National Championship Qualifier, 8x All-Conference, 8x All-Region, and was recognized as the 2019 Track and Field Athlete of the Year. He currently holds three conference records in the 100 meter dash, 4x400 meter dash and the 4x100 meter dash. Kenny was also an All-Conference Wide Receiver ranking #6 in the country setting a conference record in yards/catch and finishing 2nd all-time in Receiving yards, Receptions, and Career Touchdowns. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Social Work and English, Kenny dedicates his time to help youth athletes strive for greatness. Kenny will train every athlete to win every race on the track, the field, and in life.

Sarah Fetherolf (Biomechanics Specialist)

Sarah Fetherolf is truly one of a kind, having 10+ years experience in the industry, making sure some of your favorite NBA and NFL players are ready to perform. working closely with clients in the NBA playoffs or NFL Combine preparation. After graduating with a Bachelors of Kinesiology, Sarah has developed a personalized method for making sure any athlete at every level can be physically flawless and game ready. Sarah’s practice has accelerated the recovery process and helped improve biomechanics in both off-season and in-season to make sure pro, college, and high school athletes are ready to excel on game day. Her goal is to ensure that every athlete is able to move and perform to their full potential, injury and pain free.
